Abstract
Innovation, defined as the process of making improvement by introducing something new, is realized as a one of the vital resources, which helps organizations staying competitive. Furthermore, from a perspective of a nation, how to be innovative in the field of commerce is a difficult issue. Therefore, the authors of this paper make attempt to offer a new solution to this question by conducing an analysis of national overall innovation situation in New Zealand.
