Abstract :
We propose an electro-optic beam forming device using a two-dimensional array of patch-antennas embedded with orthogonal-gaps for wireless millimeter-wave signals. Two-dimensional beam angles of wireless millimeter-wave signals can be identified optically through electro-optic modulation.
