Abstract :
The structure and the thermal stability of amorphous Se/CdSe multilayers have been investigated by X-ray diffraction. The multilayers are stable up to 60°C. During thermal treatment firstly hexagonal selenium and then hexagonal CdSe phase are gradually separated
