Abstract :
This paper introduces the method of high-order ambiguity function (HAF) which is the basic method for estimating the parameters of PPS, and discusses the parameters of estimation error, the cumulative errors when estimating the low order parameters, and the influence from the different between the start of the receiving signal and the real, which are due to the correlation operation. Then aimed at the above limitations, it puts forward a new parameter estimation method of Linear Frequency Modulation (LFM) signal. This method dose´s need correlation operation, so it has better effect. Finally, the simulation experiments verify the validity of the algorithm.
