Abstract
This paper studies the factors of affecting perceived service quality of internet banking. The framework of perceived service quality is constructed on the basis of theoretical research and China´s reality. And the framework is tested by LISREL8.7.This paper also puts forward the suggestions of enhancing perceived service quality of Internet banking.
