Emerging technology enterprise´s strategic choice model based on Scenario planning

In order to make effectively strategic choices for emerging technology enterprises in highly uncertain environment the paper analyzes its basic elements of emerging technologies and characteristics of these enterprises. Based on scenario and scenario planning the paper analyzes the application of scenario planning in strategic management by proposing the main points and basic route. Finally, combining these characteristics of emerging technology enterprise the paper puts forward the basic frame of utilizing scenario planning in strategic choice in emerging technology enterprises.
