Abstract :
In this work a technique for designing microwave rectangular wave guide diplexers with E-plane T-junction is presented. The proposed approach is based on the exact synthesis of channel filters while the E-plane T-junction is taking into account at the same time. This approach represents a very good initial point for the full-wave optimization of the overall diplexer. It´s particularly suited for small separation between the two diplexer channels.
