Development Trends of MIS Based on Cloud Computing Environment

This paper analyzes the concept of cloud computing as well as its connotations of virtualization, servitization and intellectualization. And it indicates on the basis of the connotations of cloud computing the future development trends of Management Information System (MIS) in terms of technical basis, development mode and functional application, namely, with the wide application of cloud computing, MIS will develop by following the trends towards virtualization in technical basis, intellectualization in development methods, and servitization in functional application which together will further enable MIS to fully understand the development needs of enterprises, help and promote the growth of enterprises.
