Abstract
We demonstrate lateral arrays of suspended metal nanodiscs, erected in parallel, partially encased in a dielectric-wrap using in-template synthesis with their polarization-dependent properties controlled as a function of disc-gap/-width tailoring their scattering/absorption spectra.
