For the study of the electric power industry´s profitability in China, the paper selected 32 typical power listed companies as the objects to evaluate, selected the 2007 financial data for the research base, Used the information theory of entropy theory to make an objective evaluation of empowerment, use the fuzzy comprehensive methods to evaluate the 32 power of listed companies´ profitability. Established the entropy fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, come to a comprehensive scoring position of the 32 listed companies, compared with the results of the evaluation of the real situation.
