Abstract :
Meteorological data collected from the SAR X-band Ocean Nonlinearities (SAXON) Experiment indicated that the drag coefficient decreases with increasing wave age, and that the stress direction depends on air-sea heat flux. While the stress direction´s dependence on heat flux closely followed previous results, the scatter in the results was much larger
