Abstract :
Additional analytic formulas for HEMT equivalent circuit parameters calculations and for limitations of the load and generator impedances optimization have been included in a linear microwave IC CAD system. They allow to define the maximum output power and attended gain of HEMT, working in class "A", as functions of its physical-layout parameters. Is also shown the way of determination of the maximum HEMT layout dimensions providing a synchronous work of all gate parts and a transverse oscillation exclusion.
