Abstract
An overview is given of remarkable antenna measurement techniques and ranges in Europe and they are compared on such aspects as size, measurement speed, frequency and accuracy. Over the years, several measurement techniques have been invented in Europe, and R&D institutes all over Europe still play an important role in further development of these techniques with science as an important driver.
