  • Abstract
    This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of four commonly used methods for bid evaluation, then compared the differences between ANP and AHP. After that, we established the engineering bid assessment model and used an example to prove it. The result shows that ANP can improve the fairness of evaluation, reduce disputes and ultimately ensure the realization of the target.
