Abstract
FMEA is a Analysis methodology to ensure the potential problem in the design and development is considered and explained. This paper focuses on a type of “remote motor controlled AMT actuators”. By organizing some HiL tests, the failure modes and effect of AMT system can be easily analyzed. After analyzed the traditional DFMEA, this paper proposed the HiL based DFMEA. According to the structural principle, AMT potential failure modes is listed and modeled. Those models are implanted into vehicle model and transmission model. According to the reaction and behavior of AMT system when AMT is failed, analyzed the influence of failure modes and control strategy was optimized, in order to reduce the influence of dangerous failure modes. That is the dynamic maintenance of DFMEA form.
