After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Modern new scientific theory such as experimental linguistics and scientific equipments provide many new methods for linguistics researching, depict for linguistics are getting scientific more and more, exert Electromagnetisms pronounce instruments and wavelet betake chirp, noise and language sound wave curve fabricate in application of language research establish Waxiang sound wave and mandarin and Tujia language by wavelet betake chirp in researching acoustics, constitute enormous graph system by thousands upon sound language wave, promote philological lucubrate researching consequently.
