Abstract :
Mobile communication networks today use frequencies at 900 MHz, 1800 MHz and 2.1 GHz for 2G and 3G technologies. In this presentation we describe details of the technical conditions defined by CEPT for the 2.6 GHz and 800 MHz bands, and also briefly describe CEPT activities for the liberalisation of the 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, and 2.1 GHz bands.
