The supply chain operation of dynamic alliance is the one of important factors shortening the cycle of product development that effects on competitive power of the market. The aims of efficient and agile supply chain management model is to shorten the product development cycle, rapid develop new products and response to market in the fastest speed, enabling enterprise in competition of the market in an invincible position.
