Abstract :
This paper introduces basic parameters design of driveline and working process of type 1GF-170 reverse stubble rotavator. This machine adopts reverse stubble once completing rice and wheat straw stubble, buried stubble and rotary operation. According to the blade shaft speed and the gear teeth which rotary tiller required, reasonably calculate the transmission ratio. The rotavator drives smoothly, buries stubble effectively, and has a high efficiency, suitable for dual-purpose straw for the job of flood and drought.
