Research on the Organizational Mode of Information Resources in Knowledge Alliance Enterprises

The quick development of global economic integration and information technology (IT) urges enterprises to study new technologies and exalt their competitive abilities and reasonably utilize information resources (IR) to realize advantages complement and achieve the goal of alliance enterprises. Through the analysis of the new characteristics of all-directions, quick variability and "explosiveness" which possessed by the information resources of knowledge alliance enterprises, this paper describes the functions of aggregation and sequence, virtuality and universality, activity and promptness, interactivity and flexibility of information resources organization, in addition, the organizational mode of information resources of "virtual information resources center" is constituted.
