Abstract
The PowerPoint presentation is about telemetry and IT at Yorkshire Water Services. The YWS telemetry strategy aims to provide the business units with the ability to understand what is happening on YWS sites and networks 24 hrs a day, everyday. Business process changes in the company, particularly the changes in the telemetry system, are discussed.
