The analysis of factors which affect dining out consumption of China urban residents — Based on provincial Panel Data Model

Abstract :
Paper firstly carries on the regional classifications to 31 provinces, municipalities and the autonomous zone in china, according to the amount and the height of growth rate of the urban residents´ Disposable income, and then analyzes the factors that affect dining out of each region urban residents through establishing the Panel Data Model. The analysis results indicate that the Notch Wheel Effect and disposable income are the most important factors that affect dining out of urban residents, and the influence has a big difference in the regions of different income levels, but the growth rate of the urban residents Disposable income has the minor impact on dining out of urban residents, but also shows a positive correlation with the expense of dining out. At last, put forward the proposals separately from the demand of expanding domestic and development of catering enterprises angles based on the conclusions.
