            Abstract : 
In this paper, stability criteria and controller´s design problem for uncertain switched systems with multiple time-varying delays are investigated. Based on Lyapunov functional theory, delay-dependent sufficient LMIs conditions are established for the stability and stabilization of the considered systems. The results are illustrated to be efficient through an example.
