Abstract :
This powerpoint presentation discussed why DNP3 was implemented as the standard protocol in British Waterways. The paper also presented the user requirements such as communications aspect of the outstation. And after collecting the requirements, it is then mapped into a DNP3 environment. The details of the mapping were also presented.
