During the rapid development of economy and the further deepening of reform, due to the deficiency of some content of the entrepreneurship, a series of problems have been exposed, such as food safety, producing and marketing fake and shoddy goods, mining mishap, marketing fraudulent information, business fraud, accounting fraud, defalcation, manipulation of security price and bribery. As a result, to ensure the sound development and strengthen the competitiveness of the enterprise, to promote a fair and orderly market, a more harmonious society, and a better entrepreneurship is essential. For this purpose, this article will analyze systematically the cause to the deficiency of entrepreneurship and the harm it makes combined with the particular social background in transition, and provide some constructive thoughts for the establishment of new entrepreneurship.
