Abstract
Collaboration between several providers within single big portal or mash-up application is getting more common nowadays. This includes collaboration in delivering contents to requesters from several competing providers. However, ensuring reliable content delivery based on user classifications remains an issue. This paper tries to address this problem from SOA Web service approach by referring to existing WS Reliable Messaging standards in its proposed model and also provides the implementation scheme.
