Abstract :
The paper discusses the MATLAB/Simulink model as tool for process design commissioning. The design is to improve the plant and control system. The benefits of commissioning are to pre-empt commissioning in becoming a part of a design or redesign cycle. Also to reduce or eliminate time spent on controller tuning and provide initial tuning settings and constraints.
