Abstract :
CMM for service (CMMI-SVC) is based on the “CMMI Model Foundation” and incorporates work by several service organizations to adapt CMMI for use in the service industry Identifying risk management improvement from ERP II implementation capability level provides a basis for systematically examining changing situations over stages to uncover circumstances that impact the ability of ERPII project to meet its objectives. A successful ERP II project involves the balance of risk acceptance and performance goal. This paper describes the development of capability maturity model for risk management in ERPII implementation project (CMM-RM for ERP II), outlining the key improvement stages of risk management capabilities in ERPII implementation project. CMM for risk management in ERPII provides an overall risk profile for ERP II vendors, ERPII consultant companies, ERPII application enterprises.
