Abstract
A novel regenerative frequency divider, suitable for monolithic integration is proposed, designed and experimentally evaluated. The divider consist of a resistive FET (HEMT) mixer, bandpass filter and an amplifier. Experimental veriflication of the divider at 10 GHz shows that stable division in a bandwidth of 4% can be easily obtained.
