Abstract :
This paper proposes a family of switching capacitor regulators which are derived from some basic switching capacitor cells and basic regulator cells. Each of the converters is a combination of a switching capacitor converter and a PWM converter. And they have the following advantages: 1) fast transient response; 2) the regulated output voltage. A 1.2V/130A output voltage regulator module prototype is built in the lab to verify the theoretical analysis.
