Supply chain reengineering for industrial transfer

This paper describes our current situation and specific reason of industrial transfer in our country. This paper analyzes the impacts of industrial transfer to supply chain. These impact factors include that stability of enterprise supply chain, transportation costs, information and personal adjustments. According to these impact factors, Enterprise supply chain will make the appropriate adjustments. Enterprises will reengineer supply chain through establishment an information platform and re-selection suppliers and the use of TPL.
