  • Abstract
    ERP performance evaluation is an important step that helps an enterprise analyzing the contribution of ERP. However this process of assessment itself poses many problems. Therefore more and more enterprises regard the establishment of ERP performance evaluation system as their market competitiveness focus. The paper analyzed the literature of ERP implementation and performance management, established ERP implementation performance evaluation system which contained institution system, organization system and index system. Then this study developed a reliable measurement tools such as AHP to evaluate ERP implementation performance, demonstrated qualitative methods and quantitative methods from pre-implementation to post-implementation of ERP performance evaluation. Overall, this study contributes to expand the knowledge and deeper understanding of the ERP implement evaluation on enterprise performance, hoping to help firms avoid the pitfalls on the ERP adoption to generate the profitability and reduce the losses during the operation.
