  • Abstract
Nowadays in automotive electronics production there is an essential requirement to deliver parts to OEM with 0 ppm performance. The current methods available to qualify the screwing joints such as optical inspection or other mechanical detection technologies are not trustworthy. In some special cases improper screwing joints cannot be detected due to tolerances of parts, variation of thickness or axial suspension. This study is about the improvement of the detection method of failed parts by the implementation of a control process which helps to identify the faults which cannot be detected by conventional methods.
