Abstract :
Based on the discovery of electronic payment in campus network environment, build a micro-payment model: Newpay mechanism, which suitable for campus network environment. Discussed the application scope, payment process and functions of the new payment model, analyze the new model´s performance in five aspects of the efficiency, security, fairness, and anonymity and transaction costs.
