Abstract :
Development and modeling of the road vehicle detection algorithms for SAR images requires the knowledge of the radar cross section of these targets. The radar signatures of the parked cars were derived experimentally from airborne E-SAR image data collected during two flight campaigns. First examples of the catalogue of radar signatures for road vehicles are presented.
