Abstract
The main purpose of this article is to present concepts that could be used for the realization of efficient communication between "end-users" and a specific system that includes assembled information ("data-storage" systems). It also shows the advantages of using an agent approach in the realization of these tasks. It describes two different approaches with respect to the specific character of the Internet and intranets and of the "data-storage". All presented aspects can be taken into consideration during the analysis and planning of a structure for local and global networks (users, servers, location of data, character of databases)
