Abstract :
The united state exam (USE) is carried out in a test format. Experience in the leading countries shows that testing is the most objective form of knowledge control, and has a wide application. However, a number of problems have arisen, including organizational problems. It is assumed that the solution to these problems are decided by the special state service and the availability of a means of communication, ensuring the necessary level of effectiveness and secrecy
