Abstract
The measurement of the coupling impedance of accelerator vacuum chamber components by a wire method using a synthetic pulse technique is presented. A standard instrument, like a network analyzer able to work in the microwave region, is used in order to perform measurement in the frequency domain. An offline fast Fourier transform can be used to treat the data. A suitable time-frequency deembedding technique is proposed. Experimental results are presented.<>
