Abstract :
Three different MMIC analogue reflection-type control devices are presented. The variable delay line is the first to be realised using monolithic technology, while the phase shifter and attenuator have been designed to achieve optimal bandwidths. With all of the devices, high levels of performance were measured across the 8-12 GHz frequency range.
