Abstract

This paper aims to describe a technique that can make onepsilas leadership qualities more effective. For this purpose the paper will mainly focus on "Neuro Linguistic Programming" Techniques and portray past great leaders as a supportive argument. Leading is the ability to influence others to follow, by developing trust and commonality. "Neuro Linguistic Programming" effectively helps in developing the perception of a person as a leader by his followers. It also acts as an effective language for thinking patterns.
