Abstract
A multi-component code shows fast acquisition property even in the very low C/N conditions. However it has substantial large auto-correlation at the phases of each component code length and can not be applied to spreading. We studied another multi-component code which has similar partial correlation property to the conventional PN code (M sequence) and that is easily generated from the acquisition code only by changing the composition formula. We propose in this paper the spreading code which has very fast acquisition property without paying penalty in correlation performances by using these two multi-component code.
