Abstract :
Mass customization (MC) requires a toolkit to quickly and precisely transfer customer demand information to each production stage of the company and better satisfy customer requirements. But, the existing Web toolkits in MC environments, also known as configurators, choice boards, customer-company interaction systems cannot be commonly used in different kinds of companies or different customization levels of a company. In addition, they may not provide different customization information for different customers or provide information for company decisions intelligently. Because of the shortcomings of those toolkits, the toolkit presented in this paper put forward a customization interaction module to adapt different enterprises, which means different companies can select different customization modules. Simultaneously, the toolkit integrated with the personalization module and the decision support system (DSS) module is capable of adapting to different customers and different customization level.
