Abstract :
The model of investigative instruction is commonly applied in various subjects in colleges and has achieved certain gains. The project class of science of Civil Procedural Law as an investigative model of instruction is as well a positive attempt of law major in this area. Project class has its both theoretical and practical evidence as an investigative model of instruction. Corresponding results can be gained by exploring the running modes of project class of Civil Procedural Law.
