Study on Knowledge-Based Enterprise Growth System Analysis

With the coming of knowledge-based economy age, knowledge-based enterprises displayed outstanding competitive strengths by suiting for the complex environment swiftly, but there still are many difficulties in its growth, such as short life, small scale and management difficulties. While the existing theoretical research on knowledge-based enterprise does not pay any attention to the growth of knowledge-based enterprise, let alone systematic study. This paper raised six subsystems of knowledge-based enterprise growth system, including organization subsystem, strategy subsystem, system subsystem, personnel subsystem, culture subsystem and knowledge subsystem. Based on the definition of the subsystem, the paper uses the statistical analysis method to select 29 elements that affect knowledge-based enterprise growth obviously.
