  • Abstract
This paper focuses on how to diagnose Supply Chain Integration of one firm with its trading partners between shipping and inventory or purchasing and raw material management. Based on the SCOR model, several papers gives the concept model on how to evaluate performance of Supply Chain Integration, which can hardly be used by only a frame. In this paper, an algorithm is developed for diagnosing Supply Chain Integration based on Rough Set, combining with Fuzzy Logic and Statistics. It reduces the uncertainty of the system and accelerates the process of diagnosing by Reduction and Covering. The proposed method results in several incompetent functions of integration for being developed by one firm. With chi2 test, the effectiveness of the diagnostic result can be proved. Using a simulation example, applicability of the method is illustrated.
