Abstract :
The object of this paper is to draw attention to the influence of possible frequency difference between current and voltage on ac power measurement. We will discuss this issue for wattmeters based on analog and digital sampling techniques in this paper and recommend a optimum sampling interval to be used for the digital sampling techniques.
