Abstract :
White-light organic light emitting diodes were fabricated and their electroluminescence properties were investigated. Fluorescent and phosphorescent hybrid emission layers were used to enhance the luminance and stability of the devices. It was found the organic layer structure maintained good carrier balance over a wide luminance range. Consequently, high stable in current efficiency was measured. The maximum current efficiency of 3.2 cd/A and luminance intensity of 7,400 cd/m2 were obtained.
