Abstract
In this paper, a vacuum thermal evaporation technology is implemented which uses blue phosphorescent iridium complexes dope in the small molecular phosphorescent host N, N_-dicarbazolyl-3, 5-benzene (mCP) to produce high efficient blue phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes (PHOLEDs), and by combining the device with red color conversion layer (DCJTB) which are filmed over the other side of glass substrate. By adjusting the thickness of color conversion layers (CCLs), a very pure white light emission with CIE coordinates of (0.34, 0.34) is obtained.
