Abstract :
FGW (First Great Western), which runs a high speed train service between London Paddington and the west of England, Bristol, Bath, south Wales and the Cotswolds, has developed a fit-for-business strategy focused on our customers´ travel requirements, understanding their needs and delivering products that are relevant, consistent and accessible. Real-time information has formed a major part of this strategy.
