Abstract
Cognitive radio (CR) is one kind of emerging intelligence wireless communication technology. The OFDM transfer technology can´t be used freely in CR because of its own defect - the high PAPR. The authors have studied the interference between the cognitive user and the licensed user when they are using OFDM system to transfer data in the environment of cognitive radio, and then invent a new PTS method to reduce PAPR.
